File drawers were reclaimed for files (there was then plenty of space), and supplies were neatly stowed in a new 4-drawer plastic mini-cabinet. (Now we can see that we won't need post-it notes for a long time!) The fax machine was moved off the desk to the top of the new cabinet, freeing up prime real estate for work.
